Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in the smooth and efficient operation of the assigned outlet. 
  • Work closely with other Outlet Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
  • Monitor service and Food & Beverage standards in the Outlet. Work with the Assistant Outlet Managers, Executive Sous Chefs and Chef de Cuisines to take corrective actions where necessary.
  • Ensure that Food & Beverage employees work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments.
  • Requirements:

  • At least 5 years managerial experience with proven Food & Beverage track record preferably in the hotel industry.
  • Diploma or above in Hospitality/Hotel & Catering Management or equivalent.
  • Excellent language skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
