Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in daily operations of beauty shop

- Provide quality and comprehensive service to customers

- Assist manager in supervising the performance of frontline staff

- Handle customers' enquiries and complaints

- Provide clerical support to the team

Requirements:

- Form 5 or above

- 2 years working experience in retail industry, such as retail shop, beauty center, spa center

- Customer-oriented, self-motivated and hard working

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills

- Able to work independently

- Immediately available an advantage
