As our global footprint continues to grow, we are looking for a IT Enterprise Project Management(EPM)Administrator. The IT Enterprise Project Management(EPM)Administrator will manage and oversee theenterprise-wideimplementationand on-going management of theEPM(Daptiv)technology platform.In addition,the role willplan and manageallplatformrelatedchangesand systemintegrationsin order to ensureprocessalignment and execution of the enterpriseEPMO and ITproject managementprocesses across the organization. This rolewill collaborate with colleaguesacross the organization to establish projects that include coaching and mentoring program/project managers and teams on the bestuse of theplatform.This role will be responsible for instructing, directing and checking the work of the other EPM systems analysts.

What you’ll learn & achieve:

  • Brings in industry best practices to drive the implementation and continuous development and support of the Enterprise Project Management (Daptiv)technology platformacting as subject matter expertand primary point of contact for the development, guidance, coaching and mentoring of the system.
  • Responsible for enterprise-wide development and maintenance of the EPM (Daptiv) platformincluding workspaces, dynamic applications, reporting, analytics, Finance and Active Directory integrations.
  • Key Primary Tasks include, but are not limited to:Application Owner/SupportOverall Daptiv AdministrationOversees and drives the design and implementation of the Finance Workspace(s) and all future workspacesOversee required integrations between Daptiv, Oracle, AD and other systemsOversee data analysis (PowerBI, etc) and build appropriate processes, templates, dynamic applications, reports and customizationsEstablishes MS SharePoint sites related with the system as necessary
  • Continue to define, implement and grow project portfolio management (PPM) automation capabilities in support of enterprise-wide portfolio, program and project management services, execution and delivery for EPMO, Enterprise IT and Finance.
  • Oversees, authorizes and champions activities to manage the lifecycle of ULprojects across the platform, ensuring the delivery of quality solutions that meet the constraints of time, cost and scope.
  • Collaborate continuously with UL leadership and teams (GPM, Finance, ePMO, IT and others) to improve and enforce PPMand Finance governance including processes, standards, reporting and documentation
  • Ensures internal compliance with all PPM processes
  • Lead and coordinate the platform Go-Live activities including the execution of EPM projectdeployment plans, communications and checklists
  • Maintain the Daptiv release schedule for the solution and ensure alignment across key stakeholders, users and project /program delivery teams
  • Oversees execution of project/program manager and end user support, guidance and mentoring
  • Focuses on developing talent and building a high performing team as well as identifying new avenues and career paths for EPM roles
  • Interfaces with system support and logs technical assistance requests as needed. Works with system support to resolve questions, problems and enhancement requests.
  • Gathers system requirements from business users and creates functional requirements documents. Consults with business and technical team to define necessary requirements. Works through and contributes to all phases of development through the lifecycle of the project and Daptiv implementation/integrations.
  • Plans, conducts and supervises assignments, generally involving large and more important Daptiv activities. Usually acts as a liaison with other departments, divisions and organizations.
  • Participates in and contributes to all phases of system development, including requirements, design, development, end user training, data conversion, testing and maintenance to achieve the successful development and implementation of the customer’s business need.
  • Leads in problem analysis by preparing charts and diagrams and submitting recommendations for the solution while ensuring conformity with other business areas. 
  • Has day to day management and control of administration team and their activities
  • Maintains professional contacts with ChangePoint and other PPM organizations, research institutions, and professional organizations.
  • Keeps abreast of changes, upgrades and innovations around the Daptiv platform and Project Portfolio Management field.
  • Attends Changepoint trainings and industry events to maintain a current perspective on emerging technology, PPM and reporting capabilities
  • What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, 3+ years of Business Systems /SaaS support is preferred
  • University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent professional experience is required
  • Certified Daptiv administrator is desired, but not required
  • Prior MS SharePoint Administration experience required
  • Power BI experience required
  • Working knowledge of objectives, processes, and procedures of the Project Management Lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Visio, Kanban boards, time tracking tools and collaboration tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines, manage simultaneously occurring tasks and shifting priorities, control change and generate maximum performance
  • Hands on experience with systems/tools likeOracle, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint and Whiteboard, preferred but not required
  • Experience in being responsible for directing and monitoring the work of team members
  • Process mapping skills, preferred
  • Strong people skills required to provide guidance, mentoring and training to stakeholders and end users
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas and changes in both technical and non-technical terms to stakeholders, leadership, project and program managers and end-users
  • Experience in organizational change and communications management helpful

  • Capability to drive operational execution of supported processes when critical needs arise
  • Business Acumen coupled with good technology understanding and awareness
