GetSAT , a young dynamic and successful company, located at Rehovot is looking for a support technician. The support technician is responsible for managing and carrying out the technical support and accompany the customers through his integration process with our products. This is a critical stage in our relationship with our customers and needs to be handled with great responsibility, speed, and professionalism. It is a great opportunity for a person with a technical background, who would like to work more closely with customers in a fast-paced and challenging environment with multidisciplinary technology products. Job description: Responsibility for explaining the technical integration and systems details to customers. Support customers throughout the technical integration process including identifying bugs, recommending fixes, and suggesting improvements to their implementation. Responsibility for the continued building and maintenance of all integration and support tools including the support portal and technical documentations. Tracking and monitoring the progress of customers implementations and open cases. Involvement with a variety cross-company departments to resolve customers integrations and support issues. Acting as a point person for customers to all matters. Testing and evaluating the systems performance in both the hardware and software aspects. · Relevant degree or certification in electronics - must · Experience in integration/support with international customers -advantage. · Experience in RF basics - advantage. · Experience in networking - advantage. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken) · Written English at a very advanced level, Spoken English at an advanced level. · Creativity, motivation, team player, fast learning skills and independence.
