Senior Technical Officer/Technical Officer (holding the functional title of Embryologist/Embryologist Trainee) in Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (Ref.: 503256) (to commence as soon as possible initially for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a recognised Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biology or related disciplines. Experience in handling embryos/sperm and/or research track records would be an advantage. Those with lower qualifications and/or less experience may be considered for appointment as Technical Officer. The appointee will work mainly in the Assisted Reproduction Unit at Queen Mary Hospital, and may work in the Assisted Reproduction units at Kwong Wah Hospital and HKU-Shenzhen Hospital. He/She may be required to work on weekends/public holidays. Those who have responded to the previous advertisement (Ref.: 502956) need not re-apply.
