Chief Digital Officer

Our client is a well-established company within the industry. They are looking for a Chief Digital Officer to lead the newly created department.

• Lead a team of 10-12
• Cross-functional & cross-departmental communications and collaboration

about the job.

• Communicate closely with the President and other executives for the company's goals in terms of digital development
• Develop and lead the digital roadmap for the company under different time frames (e.g. 3-year plan, 5-year plan, etc.)
• Develop and lead the overall innovation strategies to expand the company's digital capacities (e.g. digital marketing, CRM, data management)
• Transform the internal workflow and business process to improve the company's efficiency
• Drive and lead the collaboration between different teams and departments (e.g. Marketing, Operations, HR, etc.)
• Plan activities (e.g. workshop, training, focus group, etc.) to educate the internal parties and to raise their digital awareness

skills & experiences required.

• Degree holder of Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related discipline
• 10+ year of digital and change experience in sizable corporates
• Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communications in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
