Key Focus: Reporting to the Senior Director of Data Analytics, the Senior Data Science Engineer will take a leading part in the building and management of the analytics data environment to enable Wealth and Asset Management Asia in developing world class, robust, revenue generating, data analytics driven marketing strategies and customer value management program.

We are looking for someone with:
Master’s Degree or an advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (Business Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, IT etc.).
8 years+ experience in developing databases, data warehouses, data models, preferably within the insurance, banking, investment management and/or consultancy industry.
Expert in data orchestration, data workflow management, APIs, across different technology platforms.
Knowledge of Enterprise Data Lake, NoSQL systems, Hadoop, Spark, Azure Cloud and PowerBI
Hands-on experience in designing and developing customer data management infrastructure (Customer single view, customer analytics datamart)
A team player with the ability to successfully manage interaction with internal clients and work independently and within a team environment with professionalism and collaboration
Experience working in the regional team would be an advantage
On the job you will:
Lead the development of analytics data environment with high impact on sales growth, business profitability, client retention and customer satisfaction.
Oversee the analytics data environment and continuously facilitate onboarding of additional sources, and simplify architecture by using appropriate engineering methods
Manage the data operations and data delivery for marketing and customer value management programs, as well as automate processes and tasks across systems and sources
Institute regional / BU level customer data management capabilities and develop / maintain regional best practices in marketing and customer data management.
Support the operationalization of the propensity models developed for campaign execution.
Manage standards, best-practices, and conversations with the IT partners and regional data office.
