Job Description :
Our client, a global investment bank which offers the entire range of banking services to private individuals, including premium-clients, and corporate customers. They are sourcing the talent for Application Support, to provide functional support to the team (Front Office and Middle Office).
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the delivery and support of IT services to the Capital Markets Products Line
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support
- Assist to implement business requests on Sales perimeter
- Coordinate with overseas IT teams for projects and system implementations
- Morning shift and Night shift is required
- Manage and perform the investigation and resolution of incidents in collaboration with other teams
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 3 years IT working experience, preferable in banking/financial industry
- Solid experience in Unix Script, SQL, Sybase and Control-M
- Proactive and quick learner, independent and proven ability to work under tight target and pressure
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge on financial products and market operations
- Good command in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
