Responsibilities: Assist in full spectrum of human resources & administration support including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations and performance management. Assist management and line manager on people development and staff relations. Support and coordinate, transform and execute HR and People Development strategies and policies. Review, update & maintain the HR related policies & procedures, new employee orientation procedures & program, etc Deliver performance management programs that drive a high-performance culture. Assist in implementing HR projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements Degree holder in Human Resource Management or Business related discipline. Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently. Adaptable and able to work directly with various levels of staff and management. High degree of professionalism and tact in handling sensitive situations and confidential information. Proficiency in both oral and written Chinese & English. Immediate available is preferred.
