Description:

Our client is private HK real estate developer with a down to earth work culture. They are expanding their commercial leasing portfolio in Hong Kong and in need of a hands on leasing manager to assist in an upcoming commercial block.

Job roles:

• Overall in charge of a new commercial building's tenants acquisition, negotiation and operation.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties such as government departments, agents to comply with regulations and legal formalities
• Maintain good relationship with tenants and conduct market research/

Job Requirements :

• Degree holders
• 4-8 years relevant experience in commercial leasing and marketing experience
• Experienced managing retail or commercial tenants
• Strong planning, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Good Command in English, Cantonese and Chinese
