Description:

F.5 with 1 year experience in technical support and systems maintenance
Provide technical support and helpdesk support to end users
Responsible for hardware and software installation, troubleshooting and maintenance
Good interpersonal skills, analytical mind and a good team player
Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese, including Mandarin

Duties :
Responsible for hardware and software installation and maintenance the LAN, PC, Firewall and support telephone system
Perform daily back up of the Company servers, maintenance of server room
Troubleshooting and provide users’ support
