About the Consumer Insights Team:
Companies have increasingly been relying on market insights to make informed decisions and our role at Nielsen has evolved into us being information scientists - predicting the ‘What's Next’ for our clients, in order for them to grow, stay relevant in the present and for the future. Our behavioral researchers in Nielsen’s Consumer Insights team tackle our clients’ issues by unlocking the why and the how, while our data researchers identify key clients' priorities quantitatively by applying data science techniques on survey and other big data sources
About the Role:
The Data Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the provision of all project management deliverables and support in the planning, preparation, execution, and customer support process as well as continuous coaching and guidance to the junior executives. This role works in close collaboration with the Client Service (CS) team and will be involved in people management and as well as engaging with senior management level.
Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations activities and also provide training to subordinates in relation to customized market research
Plan and organize operation projects (e.g. mystery shopper program, telephone interview) in relation to scheduling, allocating resources and related research materials)
Provide regular feedback on the operation concerns and issues
Responsible for recruiting, managing, and training interviewers
Drive project KPI and monitor the progress of operation projects
Work closely with client servicing team to ensure the project is on schedule

You will be working together with our internal stakeholders, managing the project timeline and communicating the project update seamlessly.
At least 2 – 3 years related working experience, preferably in the Market Research industry
Diploma holder or above
Sociable, open-minded, outgoing & energetic
Proactive, fast learner and have a strong sense of responsibility
Good project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and under pressure
Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
