Description:

• To handle operation of building services systems and the related repair and maintenance works
• To prepare quotations or tender documents
• To monitor contractors' performance
• To co-ordinate life cycle replacement works, improvement works and fit out works
• To handle repair service requests from other HKEX Divisions/Departments
• To perform ad hoc duty and attend emergency call out duty as assigned; and
• Shift duty is required

• Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' experience in property and facilities management
• Self-motivated with good communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A or above
• Proficient in using AutoCAD and MS office
