Our Client is looking for a Sales Leader, you will lead a team of sales, technical and partners to provide and recommend new IT solutions to existing and new businesses. Excellent record of leading and managing a team.
Responsibilities
  • As a key sales leader, you will lead and cover the technical solutions (including IoT, Data Platform, Migration, Cloud, AI, Blockchain)
  • Provide technology thought leadership to customers by aligning technology solutions to their digital transformation needs
  • Coach teams on new opportunity discovery and acceleration
  • Help customers evaluate their applications and deliver customer satisfaction
  • Build new customers and provide a high level quality resolution that will impact their business
  • Strong business network

Requirements
  • Masters / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 15 years' experience in the IT Consultancy industry
  • Solid understanding of the IT, Digital, FinTech field
  • Excellent stakeholder experience
  • Strong people management, team lead, engagement
  • Experience in selling to large global firms
  • Create and solve customer's business plan, ideas and problems with IT solutions the firm has to offer
  • Strategic leadership and team management with track record driving results faster than competition in new markets
  • Excellent communication in English
  • Less experience will be considered for other similar openings
