Our Client is looking for a Sales Leader, you will lead a team of sales, technical and partners to provide and recommend new IT solutions to existing and new businesses. Excellent record of leading and managing a team.
Responsibilities
- As a key sales leader, you will lead and cover the technical solutions (including IoT, Data Platform, Migration, Cloud, AI, Blockchain)
- Provide technology thought leadership to customers by aligning technology solutions to their digital transformation needs
- Coach teams on new opportunity discovery and acceleration
- Help customers evaluate their applications and deliver customer satisfaction
- Build new customers and provide a high level quality resolution that will impact their business
- Strong business network
Requirements
- Masters / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- At least 15 years' experience in the IT Consultancy industry
- Solid understanding of the IT, Digital, FinTech field
- Excellent stakeholder experience
- Strong people management, team lead, engagement
- Experience in selling to large global firms
- Create and solve customer's business plan, ideas and problems with IT solutions the firm has to offer
- Strategic leadership and team management with track record driving results faster than competition in new markets
- Excellent communication in English
- Less experience will be considered for other similar openings
