Your key responsibilities:
Support origination and execution of Capital Markets and M&A business with a strong focus in Financial Institution Group (FIG)
Due diligence of clients and markets
Deal documentation and internal approvals
Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches
Handling day to day client queries on all execution related matters
Attending client meetings independently
Your skills and experience:
At least 9 years of relevant Corporate Finance experience
Candidate needs to be fluent in Mandarin and English
Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multi task
Have strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques
Strong communication skills and able to articulate to demanding clients
