Job Description:

• Good understanding of Value Partners Real Estate Private Equity in decision making process and benchmarking framework

• Financial modelling of investment opportunities across real estate sector including real estate debt

• Conducting due diligence on potential acquisition, producing investment memos and presentations

• Assisting with the execution of the investment and managing external advisors

• Producing And presenting the deal via investment committee and other materials needed to secure debt and equity financing

• Monitor on-going performance and pipeline of funds and secondary investments

Requirements:

• At least 3 -4 year of financing experience, ideally in real estate investment, investment banking or relevant professional experience

• Superior academic achievement

• Strong analytical skills and detail oriented

• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and to handle multiple projects at a time

• A self-starter but with the ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Personal and professional integrity

• Good financing modelling and valuation skill will be an asset

• Advanced user in Excel and PowerPoint

• Fluent spoken and written English  (spoken & written)

• Occasional travel might be required
