The Asset Protection Manager has the shared responsibility of protecting our assets which include people, product and property. Our mission is to become the leading Asset Protection department whose capabilities, knowledge of our business and understanding of our customer allows us to ensure associate safety and respond to crisis situations. The Manager leads the local operations and team management within Asset Protection. This position supports both internal and external customers; acting as a primary liaison between external safety and security partners, and ensuring clear communication and action is provided in incidents related to safety and asset protection.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily safety and security operations for multiple office sites/countries based on department policies, procedures and function goals
  • Gathers and analyzes information from various sources to assess risk to the enterprise; analyzes threat and risk trends for enterprise and stakeholders
  • Identify, develop and implement security enhancement programs
  • Develop crisis preparedness materials and communication processes for key partners; including multiple functions across the field, stores, home office, and distribution centers
  • Develop strong partnerships through intimate working knowledge of our internal customers’ priorities
  • Actively communicate with executive level partners, external partners and local law enforcement/emergency responders
  • Supports information and intelligence gathering for critical information reports and other situational awareness reports
  • Lead campus response to emergency situations, hindsight for effectiveness and train to opportunities
  • Drive Action Readiness training to prepare team to react responsively and urgently to Carryout Asset Protection programs with consistency and clear direction to the customer population and the Asset Protection team
  • Ensure and monitor access control at designated locations to create a safe and secure environment
  • Support inspections and adherence to safety protocol and regulations at enterprise, state, and international levels.
  • Accurately write and submit necessary reporting and follow up on campus safety and security incidents
  • Maintain thorough knowledge and preparedness to use facility safety equipment (to include areas such as: Fire Suppression Systems, Surveillance equipment, etc.)
  • Lead and support special projects and tasks as directed by leaders based on needs of the business
  • Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field (i.e.: Criminal Justice, Physical Security, Loss Prevention/Asset Protection)
  • 3 to 5 years related experience working for a multinational organization
  • 3 to 5 years management experience preferred
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Advanced level of administrative and technical knowledge in Safety/Security operations
  • Ability to resolve conflict and manage associate issues effectively
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Proficient with technology/computer related skills (e.g.: Microsoft office programs, Incident Reporting software, etc.)
  • Investigative interview skills required
  • May be required to work weekends and holidays
