Description:

Diploma or above in Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines;
At least 2-year hands on experience in the field of Freight Forwarding, Liner Shipping, Warehousing and distribution;
Candidate with background in an in-house logistics environment will be an advantage;
Good command in both written and spoken in English and Putonghua;
Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player;
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Job Duties:
Act as the Key Focal Point to the assigned Key Customers;
Handle customer bookings, enquiries and complaints from customers in a professional and an effective manner;
Maintain customer quotations and reports on a timely basis;
Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional departments towards the aims of sustaining highest customer satisfactory level;
Prepare regular reports and business analyzes for upper Management;
Participate in sales discussions and visits when needed;
Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor;
