Main Responsibilities :

 - Prepare facility letters, loan documents and relevant correspondences such as instruction letter to solicitor firms
- Perform loan documentation review prior to the loan drawdown/ line validation
- Process the regular MIS reports
- Participate in UAT project
- Order and review of valuation report
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Reply follow-up issues as requested by operation team
- Deliver loan documents and/or other relevant documents to various business units and/or other relevant parties
DisplayQualifications("- Higher Diploma / DSE / HKCEE graduate or above
- Minimum 1 year experience in loan administration and/or documentation
- Knowledge of lending documents would definitely be an advantage
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
