Our client, well-known Luxury Brands, specializing in leather, fine jewelry, watches and ready-to-wear, are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team.

Job Duties

• Ensure the customer service you provide is of the highest standards at all times.
• Handle all stock effectively and sure back of house standards are maintained.
• Support your Management Team in achieving company sales targets and operational goals.
• Be a role model for brand and your team with personal presentation standards and work ethic.
• Maintain store visual standards.

Job Requirements

• 3 years related experience in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Relevant product knowledge and training.
• Service oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mature and able to work independently.
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
