The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Managing key accounts and implementing strategies designed to increase existing business
- Developing framework for onboarding, training and retaining clients
- Ensuring monthly goals and revenue targets are met.
- Maintaining and building strong relationships with clients through proactive support and sharing of product knowledge
- Communicating with customers via chat, email, and other channels and deliver an amazing customer experience
The Profile
- You have experience with sales, business development or account management, ideally within a SaaS or startup.
- You have experience with CRM and a track record of outstanding achievement through account management
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You are an analytical and innovative problem solver
- You are able to drive business results in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- You are a self-starter and can work independently to increase sales and mange accounts.
