The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Managing key accounts and implementing strategies designed to increase existing business
  • Developing framework for onboarding, training and retaining clients
  • Ensuring monthly goals and revenue targets are met.
  • Maintaining and building strong relationships with clients through proactive support and sharing of product knowledge
  • Communicating with customers via chat, email, and other channels and deliver an amazing customer experience

The Profile

  • You have experience with sales, business development or account management, ideally within a SaaS or startup.
  • You have experience with CRM and a track record of outstanding achievement through account management
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You are an analytical and innovative problem solver
  • You are able to drive business results in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • You are a self-starter and can work independently to increase sales and mange accounts.
