Our client is a leading financial institution. They are now looking for a Compliance Director to join their Hong Kong office.

THE ROLE

• Guide the compliance team regarding SFC regulated Type 1 licensed business
• Prepare and sustain policies, manuals and procedures to guarantee the company satisfies all related legal and regulatory functions
• Manage diurnal operations of the business
• Assist senior management regarding ad hoc tasks, satisfying business, regulatory and strategic objectives

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree Holder in Business, Accounting or Legal
• At least 6 years of relevant experience
• Attained Professional Qualifications e.g. CPA, PCLL
• Well-acquainted with SFO, FATCA, AML and related regulatory specifications
• Excellent analytical, planning and negotiation skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
