AVP – Credit Assessment & Management / Mortgage and Secured Loans Department

Our banking client is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the above-mentioned position.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform assessment on credit applications in accordance with the respective delegated authority, regulatory & internal guidelines / requirements
• Assist the section to achieve turnaround time commitment and conversion rate target
• Propose credit initiatives and participate in new credit product development to enhance business competitiveness
• Monitor the portfolio quality of retail loan business
• Collect market intelligence and conduct product briefing to frontline staff

Requirements:

• Degree Holder preferably in business related discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years' working experience of secured loans credit assessment
• Good knowledge of secured loan products
• Strong analytical and communication skills 
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
