Job Duties:

Leading industry research analysis
Perform whole investment process, including target evaluation, due diligence, negotiations, structuring deal terms and execution for sizable deals;
Building a broad network, sourcing and driving deals;

Requirements:

Strong interest in investment
Solid understanding of financial models and the investment models
Positive working attitude, a strong drive for change, team-oriented;
Top-tier Bachelor, Master and/or PhD degree(s);
2-5 years of work experience in top PE/VC, IBD, consulting etc.
Fluency in English and Chinese
