AVP/VP, Mass Segment Management – Retail Banking Department
Ref No.: 2019-12-18Responsibilities:
- Coordinate strategic projects with internal and external business partners to extend customer base from mass segment and increase product penetration
- Closely work with internal partners on marketing program development and to drive digital channel utilization
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to formulate and implement business plans for customer loyalty enhancement, retention and recovery
- Establish customer service pledge and to ensure the Bank’s Retail Banking services are up to or exceed customer expectation
- Conduct regular review and analysis on business trends to ensure the Bank’s competitiveness in the market
- Degree holder preferably in marketing or finance related discipline or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years’ working experience of marketing or customer portfolio management
- Good knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements on retail banking
- Self-motivated and sensitive to market changes Strong leadership and communication skills
