The Job

Reporting to the Commercial Director - NA Food & Convenience, the Corporate Promotions & Services Director, NA will be responsible for the following aspects of this business portfolio:


Services (Mainly for CVS HK and Macau)

  • To develop new services and income streams, including conducting feasibility studies and business case/ proposal
  • To improve the income level for existing service vendors
  • To manage the productivity of current services range
  • To extend the services to other banners in Dairy Farm whenever possible
  • To liaise with Marketing, IT and Operations team on new service launch or workflow enhancement
  • To deliver the target set by service category


    • Corporate Voucher Sales (Covering both CVS and Supermarket in HK and Macau)

  • To secure the topline sales by managing a portfolio of corporate clients and working out the discount scheme for each of them
  • To manage day-to-day tender submission and contract renewal
  • To develop an e-voucher system

    • Bank Promotion (Covering both CVS and Supermarket in HK and Macau)

  • To negotiate with different financial partners for joint promotion to drive sales
  • To conduct promotion projection and evaluate the promotion response with Finance Team
  • To liaise with Marketing and Operations team on communication support

    • Bazaar (Mainly for Supermarket in HK)

  • To drive the bazaar events inside and outside the stores, and to manage the P&L
  • To coordinate the events with landlords/ event organizers and internal stakeholders


    • The Person

  • 15+ years of retail experience, equipped with strong marketing and commercial background
  • University graduate in business-related discipline
  • Excellent people skills to lead a team of 8-10 people, and is a strong team player to work with peers across different functions
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Multi-tasking, attentive to details and able to work independently
  • Good command of English and Chinese
