Description:

My client is a Real Estate company looking for a team lead as a Head of Engineering to transform their digital platform.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and manage the projects, programs and the team management 
• Lead and drive operations initiatives for continual improvements about operations transformation, system implementations, employee engagement and demand management 
• Responsible for the system design, development and maintenance of web and mobile applications 
• Liaise with technology and business partners, and working with various business and operations teams for the process, product and technical issues
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external parties

Requirements: 

• Degree or above in Computer Science or other related disciplines 
• At least 8+ years of working experience in application development, website and mobile development
• Strong people management, leadership and team management skills
• Good track record of web and mobile applications 
• Well-organized, excellent communication skills and project management qualifications 
• Experience in build-up a new system from zero
• A solid background in the Real Estate industry
• Delivery focus with strong product mind-set
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
• Negotiable
