I'm currently recruiting for a Legal Counsel (4+PQE) for an industry-leading multinational company with global coverage. Joining a team of 5, this role reports into the Head of Legal in HK in supporting their local operations, with occasional support for the region as well. In-house experience

Description

  • Draft, negotiate and review customer contracts, supplier contracts, tenancy agreements and other legal documents
  • Advise on contractual issues and legal issues arising from the daily operations of the Business Units
  • Provide legal support on employment-related and data privacy matters
  • Provide advice and support on handling contentious and litigation matters
  • Liaise and coordinate with external lawyers and third-party consultants in order to obtaining various legal supporting advices, services and information
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

    • Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor of Hong Kong with 4+ PQE
  • In-house experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills in both English and Chinese
  • Great team player
