Head of Project Management Office (Financial Services)

I am looking for a strategic leader to serve as Head of Project Management Office (Financial Services) for my client, a leading bank in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the bank’s Project Management Office to ensure the delivery of the committed project objectives and results within approved budgets and timeframes
• Establish and enforce project methodologies, policies and procedures across all parties in the project team
• Develop and maintain project plans with project managers involved covering all required tasks and resources comprehensively

Requirements

• Fluency in Cantonese and English is mandatory
• Financial Services background is mandatory
• 15+ years in project management experience with at least 6 years in Core Banking project related experience
• Proven record of delivering large scale programs in the banking sector with general understanding in multiple business applications and a variety of technologies
