JOB DESCRIPTION To continuously achieve business targets for the whole Field Sales + Key Accounts. To manage the alignment of strategy within the company. To provide the client's customers with the best and professional customer services in all aspects by understanding their needs, apply industry standards of business account management to maximize business opportunities for Field Sales + Key Accounts. To establish a professional sales team in all aspects based on industry standards. To implement, improve, and evaluate business processes that can maximize the productivity of the team in the course of commercial business activity.
QUALIFICATIONS JOB ONLY APPLICABLE TO CITIZENS OF HONG KONG Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant discipline. 7+ years of experience in Food Services / Institutional Sales (Food is preferred) At least 4 years of them in a managerial position in a large sales force with successful track records Experience in building and managing 6 or more sales professionals A strong network in both Field Sales + Key Accounts is essential. Good leadership, analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese Chinese, Putonghua (Mandarin Chinese) would be an added advanrage
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
