Responsibilities:

 

• Assist the team head to achieve the assigned business target on no. of new customers, new personal loans bookings and receivable
• Develop, coordinate and execute marketing programs to ensure smooth operation and timely roll-out of programs
• Explore and develop new channels opportunities. Monitoring of sales channel to formulate appropriate action plan to achieve the sales target.
• Conduct Post program evaluation and analysis to identify the key learning
• Monitor and control marketing expenses to ensure programs launched within assigned budget

 

Requirements:

 

• Minimum 5 years' marketing experience in the credit card or personal loan industry, preferably relating to product development
• Strong marketing sense, good project management skill, and attention to details
• Good communication, interpersonal and project management skills
• Strong self-motivation, with creativity and ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
