We are looking for someone with:
Degree holder of Accounting or Finance. Professional designation (such as MBA, CPA, CA) preferred with 10+ years of related experience
A comprehensive knowledge of financial, planning & analysis function and activities, with business knowledge of Asset Management or Financial Service Industry,
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong accounting and systems knowledge [e.g. IFRS, SmartView and PowerBI]
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a demanding and result-oriented environment
Financial modeling skills
Team player, collaborative, self-starter, well-organized, innovative, and high level of initiative.
On the job you will:
Report directly to the Managing Director, this position's responsibility is to provide direct support to the team head with all management reporting for business decision making:
Coordinate the preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly reporting of regional MIS presentation packages. Reporting must be of high quality, timely and accurate and provide insights into how the business is operating vs plan, prior quarter and previous forecast.
Responsible for the maintenance of country and regional key performance indicators (KPIs)
Communication with different country Business Units to ensure compliance with regional and global reporting guidance and policies
Lead the consolidation of annual budgeting and monthly forecast from different countries and business segments.
Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision making. An in-depth understanding of the key business issues will be essential to allow provision of knowledgeable and insightful analysis.
Support ad hoc projects as assigned
Strong people management skill to provide training, coaching and day to day direction to junior staff.
