  • ­Computer hardware and software installation service
  • ­Provide end-user computing support services including product evaluation, trouble shooting and help-desk functions;
  • ­Set up and maintain computer networks and data communication environment;
  • ­Conduct program testing, system testing and user acceptance;
  • ­Prepare and maintain program documentation; and
  • ­Prepare job control procedures for trial runs and production runs.
  • Requirements:

  • ­Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Studies or equivalent
  • ­At least 1 year experience in PC hardware, software, TCP/IP and network trouble shoot and support
  • ­Hands on experience in MS Windows, MS Office is preferred, knowledge of MS SQL is an advantage
  • ­Mature, detail-minded, result driven and responsible
  • ­Good communication, interpersonal and customer handling skills
  • ­Proactive, multi-tasking, hard-working and work independently
  • ­Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, good Putonghua is an advantage
  • Fresh Graduate will be also considered
