The Strategy function supports the development and execution of planned strategic agenda including regional strategic initiatives, M&A activities, assessment of new market development, and Strategic Investments.

The Strategic Investments team focuses on innovative technologies, products and services relevant for Prudential Corporation Asia “PCA’s” innovation and long-term growth, as investment and partnership opportunities. You will work with key stakeholders to identify and develop the strategic agenda for PCA, with a focus on fintech, healthtech and insurech sectors.

We are currently recruiting experienced M&A and strategy professionals to join our Strategy or Strategic Investments team in the Regional Head Office in Hong Kong and expand our capabilities. We will also consider candidates with more or less relevant experience for different levels of the role.
