What you’ll do

  • Ownership: Accountable for vertical performance and overall revenue. Create strategic territory plans and testing of new ideas to efficiently maximize sales opportunities

  • Acquisition: Identify the best Spa and Massage products based on demand data and sales potential and bring them onboard the Klook platform. Manage the onboarding process of products, with the support of products at scale and at an industry leading pace

  • Account management: Cultivate relationships with partners to help maximize their sales potential on Klook ’s various distribution platforms. Communicate Klook ’s business strengths and brand value to suppliers

  • Optimization: Continuously ensure the quality of products, in terms of pricing, inventory, and content, maintain at a market-leading position at all times

  • Market Intelligence: Provide market leaders with relevant information on identifying market trends and competitor updates to optimise business strategy
     

What you’ll need

  • Minimum 7 years of work experience in Business Development / Account Management

  • Strong network in Spa & Massage and High-end Beauty industry is a must, experience with e-commerce would be advantageous

  • Proficiency in Cantonese and English 

  • Strong commercial sense, analytical, written and verbal communications skills

  • Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented 

  • Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds

  • A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required
