Our Client, A large multinational bank is now hiring a Admin Office Clerk for their operation.
- Provide administrative support to HK office such as ordering stationary, name cards, chops, envelope/letterheads
- Raising requests such as new hire set up, voice log / systems access for team members.
- Helping in preparing expense reports, ordering company search of new clients/prospects,
- Arranging & coordinating client events, coordinating the yearly order for clients
- Bachelor Degree Holder
