Description:

Two Postdoctoral Fellowpositions are available in the School of Biomedical Sciences to study stem celldifferentiation and aging using cell and animal models.

Applicants should have(i) a PhD degree in Biomedical Science or Life Science obtained within the last 3 years; (ii) research experience in cell biology and animal handling(mouse or zebrafish); (iii) an ambition to publish good quality papers. Practicalskills in pluripotent stem cells, molecular biology (e.g. gene cloning, CRIPSR/Cas9,gene editing), histology/immunohistochemistry, confocal imaging, andbioinformatics analysis on NGS data will be an advantage.

The appointee(s) willwork in Professor Albert Cheung’s laboratory (https://www2.sbs.cuhk.edu.hk/en-gb/people/academic-staff/prof-cheung-hoi-hung-albert).

Appointment willinitially be made on contract basis for one year, renewable subject to goodperformance and mutual agreement.
