Prepare financial statements of local and group level according to HK/PRC accounting standards and Corporate accounting requirement.

Review monthly/quarterly financial reports, group consolidated accounts, P&L and balance sheet variance analysis.

Maintain fixed asset subledger with proper depreciation calculation and tracking database.

Support inventory management and risk analysis on excess and obsolete exposure.

Liaison with external auditors and tax consultants for annual statutory audits and tax filing.

Participate in SAP improvement projects, COPA, PCA and other ad hoc projects.

Participate in financial and any ad hoc reports.

Self-initiative and good interpersonal skills;

Good knowledge of MS Excel, SAP,

PCA & COPA is a an advantage;Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications.

Knowledge of HK and PRC accounting rules, taxation and regulations.

Solid experience in preparing company financial statements and group reporting.

Minimum 10 years supervisory experiences gained from listed MNC.

Strong experiences working with global headquarter and comfortable participating in meetings outside office hours.

Experiences with managing offices in Asia countries such as India, Vietnam & China.

Self-initiative and good interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, SAP.

PCA & COPA is an advantage.

Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
