The role is responsible for providing support to commercial planning for E&M / ASD projects; preparing, submitting and tracking monthly progress claims to client; sub-contractor evaluation and preparation of contracts in conjunction with project teams WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF minimising financial cost, maximising financial recovery and limiting contractual and commercial exposure to dispute.

Job Duries:

  • Analyse project revenues and direct/indirect costs against forecasts on an on-going basis
  • Coordinate with collections team for timely collection of payments from clients
  • Coordinate with financial institutions for timely payment to suppliers and sub-contractors
  • Create project cash flow reports periodically basis analysis of costs incurred across all cost centres; Share with supervisor for review
  • Prepare, submit and monitor monthly progress claims to the client
  • Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
  • At least 12 years’ experience in dealing with contractual claims in main contractors or relevant experience
  • Experiences in E&M project / ASD projects
  • Knowledge of legal aspects relevant to contracting
  • Good leadership skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English
