The Dean of Students’ Office is looking for a passionate and committed individual to join as Assistant Officer (Co-curricular Programs) of Co-curricular Programs Team. The appointee will be responsible for the following areas:

  • Participate in planning, storyboarding, development, filming, and post-production of video or other multimedia production from inception through completion;
  • Create visual content for a variety of social media platforms to connect with students and analyze the appropriate social data and insight;
  • Liaise with key stakeholders in planning and implementing of projects to facilitate students’ learning and personal development;
  • Provide support for co-curricular programs including budgeting, scheduling, project implementation, marketing, and promotion;
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor or the senior management.
  • The appointee will be required to work on flexi-hours including outside normal office hours and perform other duties as assigned by the Office.

    Applicants should have a bachelor's degree (preferably in Multimedia, Communication or related disciplines), good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, competent interpersonal and communication skills and an outgoing personality. The appointee should have strong project management skills and experience in video production from Pre-production to Post-Production. Proficiency in video shooting, editing and video software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. are required. Those who have strong graphic sense and visual storytelling skill, and experience in feature story and editorial interview video projects will have an advantage. (Duration: 1 year)
