Job Duties:

  • Assist in preparing the sales payroll (i.e. calculation of the basic salary + commission) 
  • Prepare different kinds of reports to the Management Team (e.g. market trend report, commission analysis report, P&L report and the business budget report etc.) 
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • 2 years+ investment banking working experience (MUST) 
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin 
  • Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • A quick learner, good problem-solving skill 
  • A team player handle tasks in a mature and professional manner 
  • Pleasant, flexible, attention to details and responsible 
  • Immediate available preferred
