Responsibilities

  • Perform solution design, sales support, business development and transition of projects from presales to delivery
  • Provide technical direction, frameworks and technology roadmaps to meet business strategic needs
  • Participate or lead in scope of work determination, product pricing and RFP/RFI responses
  • Manage client proof of concept (POC) initiatives and setup & delivery of the POC
  • Assist with the determination of outsourcing, product pricing and collaborate with the Client
  • Partner to develop an implementation solution
  • Train, coach and mentor the sales team, engineers, consultants and specialists
  • Apply technical project lead knowledge and experience to guide implementation of a system solution
  • Perform a variety of tasks that will directly impact opportunity

    • Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology and/or Technology Management
  • Min 3 -5 years’ professional technical experience related to system design and deployment, or security and infrastructure within a large scale (preferably multi-national) technology services environment
  • Experience in networking infrastructure, products presales and standalone service sales such as security risk assessment ,penetration test, infrastructure review etc. is a definite advantage
  • CISSP, CISA/CISM, ISO27K, CEH, GIAC or related would be a plus
  • Security knowledge such as ITIL, Forensic, and Log Management etc. would be an advantage
  • Possess working knowledge of most key security vendor solutions
  • Good knowledge of security technologies and systems, intrusion detection methodologies and preventive/ reactive measures
  • Able to translate complex technical topics into language understandable by non-technical audiences 
  • Excellent technical problem solving skills
  • Excellent consultative selling and stakeholders relationship management skills
  • Good understanding of IT industry environment/operations and ability to convert business requirements into solution designs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Assertive in approach coupled with confidence in area of expertise
