Responsibilities Primary customer interface to coordinate customer requirement to lab operations. Provide friendly and professional pre-sale and post-sales throughout order transaction. Handle sample registration and release of test report. Handle customer enquiry on service capacity, quotation, reporting status, report contents and complaints. Follow up with customer on missing information and samples. Provide regular summary report to customer regarding the lab service.
Requirements Form 5 or above Min. 3 years of experience in similar position in laboratory testing company/Similar Industry Highly-organized, capable of working under pressure with multi-task assignments Good command of English and Chinese Good computer skills Familiar with European regulations/standards is an advantage Fresh graduate candidates is welcomed
