1. PE investment deal execution

2. Conduct industry research, lead Fiancial/Commercial/Legal due deligence, built DCF and DDM valuation models, draft term sheets, preparing internal committee memos,  assisting with deal negotiation and documentation 

3. Tracking and reporting of financial/operational performance, supporting implementation of value-creation initiatives, monitoring liquidity and covenant compliance, assisting with refinancing workstreams 

4. 1-8 years of experience in investment banking
