Responsibilities




  • Assist Executive Secretary to handle the secretarial & administration duties

  • Assist in preparation of weekly attendance report

  • Assist in handling human resources, access control system

  • Organizing and providing full support to functions and events

  • Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments whenever required



  • Requirements




  • Form 5 or above

  • 2 years experience is preferred

  • Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills

  • Well organized, self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

  • Immediate available is preferred
