We are looking for someone with:
Degree holder with 3+ years of experience
Independent, self-driven and a good team player
Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
Attentive to details and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration and facilitation skills
Flexible and adaptable when dealing with changes and uncertainties
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office suite of products including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must
Nice to Haves:
Experience in MPF/pension and life insurance industry is a definite advantage
Experience on PMO services will be an advantage
Certification(s) in PMP / Agile methodologies (CSM/PSM or equivalent) is preferred
Knowledge of MS Project and Visio is an advantage
On the job you will:
Prepare gate papers for project funding at Project Management Office; report project status to local and regional controllers and PMOs
Manage projects to plan and perform changes to projects include scope, schedule and costs
Plan and manage internal resources across different functions, business units and stakeholders
Manage relationships across all business lines and with external parties, defining requirements, agreeing terms and ensuring delivery
Anticipate and resolve complex or difficult risks / issues in a timely and effective manner
Guide the teams on Agile methodology, Scrum values and process
Facilitate Program Increment ("PI"), sprint planning processes and all other scrum ceremonies; and empower team commitment to PI and sprint delivery
Prepare and present regular project reviews and update
