As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for the following:-

• Provide guidance and coaching to teams to adhere to the Agile methodology
• Facilitate agile practices (such as daily stand-ups, backlog, retrospective, etc.) and provide support to the team to resolve impediments
• Track agile metrics, monitor, follow-up and resolve any issues as needed
• Assist with sprint/release planning and agile iterations
• Contribute to development and maintenance of project standards, processes, and best practices
• Manage the entire project life cycle based on Scrum framework

To be considered for these roles as a Scrum Master, you possess the following:-

• University degree in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
• Relevant project experience in roles such as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Prior experience in technology projects, development, testing, etc. would be advantageous
• Professional qualifications such as PSM, CSM, etc. are preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience and track record in project delivers under the agile delivery methodology
• Experienced in complex cross-regional project and stakeholder management
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is required, and added advantage for candidates with Mandarin skills
• Immediately available candidates will have an added advantage
