  • Lead and manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from requirements gathering, project plan, implementation to user acceptance
  • Responsible for planning, managing and monitoring of project implementation, within budget and schedule
  • Manage the inception, design process, stakeholder engagement, requirement specification, technical teams and vendors to ensure project success
  • Monitor the quality of deliverables; strive to exceed customer expectations for process optimization, best user experiences and technical design
  • Responsive to changing business needs and requirements in balance with the risk management
  • Establish and maintain communications to align the expectations among stakeholders, end users and project teams
  • Coordinate several software projects at the same time with different stakeholders and teams

    • Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
  • 5-7 years or above experience in software development or system implementation
  • Holder of PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master or with proven experience is desirable
  • Technical proficiency in different areas of system solutions; experience with CRM, POS, ERP or Ticketing System is a plus
  • With strong business sense and cost-benefit driven
  • Good skills of understanding user requirements and preparing documentations
  • Enthusiastic in latest technologies and solutions
  • Strong commitment to quality work and project timeline
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible, dynamic with strong analytical skills
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Self-motivated, independent, well-organized and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese

    • Candidate with less experience will consider as Assistant Project Manager.
