- Work closely with Sales to prioritize client onboarding requests
- Manage end-to-end documentation and account opening processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the onboarding journey
- Coordinate with internal teams including Legal, Credit Risk Management, Counterparty Risk, and Operations
- Provide clear and regular updates to Sales and clients on onboarding progress
- Act as the first point of escalation for any issues or delays during onboarding, supporting both clients and internal stakeholders
- Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Finance, Business, Law)
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in pre-trade or client onboarding functions within financial services
- Fluency in English; Mandarin, or Cantonese language skills are highly desirable
