- Assist Account/Product Managers in providing presales technical support and delivering deep dive product demonstrations to clients and business partners
- Deliver training to partners on products solutions
- Prepare and refine technical RFP/RFI responses
- Conduct client demonstrations and presentations
- Coordinate and manage technical validation events (POC) and assets
- Participate in conferences, shows, exhibitions
- Recommend and influence market content
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Knowledge general networking and security technologies including TCP/IP, DNS (UNIX) Admin, switches, routers, and firewalls in Intranet/Internet environments.
- Knowledge of vendor products, such as Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba and Sangfor will be an advantage
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Self-motivated, flexible and sensitive to clients' needs and concerns
- Able to work in a multi-task environment and handle a high volume of requests, specifically unplanned/unscheduled requests.
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
